Languages & Voices
Every agent has a language and a voice, set independently of the conversation content itself.
Language
CallMangal supports 32+ languages, including 12 Indian languages such as Hindi, Gujarati and Marathi, and handles natural mixed-language speech — the Hindi–English ("Hinglish") code-switching most Indian callers actually use, rather than requiring a caller to speak one language cleanly throughout the call.
Choose the language(s) your actual customers speak, not the one that demos best. If your callers regularly switch languages mid-sentence, test that explicitly in Browser Test rather than assuming it will work.
Voice
Pick the voice the agent speaks with. Voice and language are set together, since not every voice is available in every language.
Test the voice before you build the conversation
Voice is the single thing callers react to most. Listen to it in a browser test early — changing the voice later doesn't require rebuilding the workflow, but it's better to confirm it fits your brand before you invest time in the conversation itself.
