Client Organisations

Each business a reseller serves exists as its own client organisation — a separate space with its own agents, calls, and users, kept apart from every other client under the same reseller.

The hierarchy

CallMangal's reseller structure has three levels:

• Super Admin — the platform level
• Reseller — manages a set of client organisations, with a shared wallet across them
• Client Organisation — a single business, using its own agents under its own reseller

A client organisation's users see only their own agents and calls — never another client's, even under the same reseller. See Client Access.

Organisation status

A client organisation can be active, suspended, or archived, depending on how the reseller manages it.

Managing a client organisation

From the reseller dashboard, you can assign agents to a client, transfer credits into its wallet, and manage its branding and login domain if white-labelling is in use.
