Reseller Wallet
Credits flow down through the reseller hierarchy: Super Admin → Reseller → Client Organisation. A reseller holds a wallet balance and transfers credits from it into a client organisation's own wallet as that client needs them.
Rates
Two rates apply at different points in the hierarchy:
- Wholesale rate — what the reseller pays the platform for credits
- Retail rate — what the reseller charges a client organisation, configurable per client
If retail rate configuration isn't set for a client, check your reseller dashboard for that client's current pricing directly — we haven't published a universal default here.
Ledger
Credit movements are recorded with a full audit trail, both at the reseller level and at each client organisation's level, so you can trace where credits went and when.
If a client organisation closes
Unused credit in a closing client's wallet is returned to the reseller at wholesale value only — the reseller's retail margin on those unused credits is not returned.
