Client Access
A client organisation's users only ever see their own agents, calls, and data — never another client organisation's, even one managed by the same reseller.
What a client user sees
- Agents assigned to their organisation, including any locked agents they can use but not reconfigure
- Their own call history and campaigns
- Their own organisation's wallet balance
What a client user doesn't see
Other client organisations under the same reseller, the reseller's own wallet balance and margin, and reseller-level branding or domain configuration stay reseller-only.
Signing in
If the reseller has set up a custom login domain, clients sign in through that branded address rather than a shared CallMangal login.
