Assign Agents
An agent becomes usable by a client organisation once it's assigned to that client from the reseller dashboard.
How assignment works
A reseller builds or configures an agent, then assigns it to one client organisation. The client's users can then use that agent — testing it, connecting telephony, or launching campaigns with it — within whatever access they've been given.
Keeping configuration safe
If a client shouldn't be able to change an agent's workflow, guardrails, or other configuration, assign it as a locked agent instead of leaving it fully editable.
