Reseller Dashboard
The reseller dashboard is the home screen for anyone managing client organisations under a reseller account — a summary of clients, agents, and credit standing in one place.

What's on the dashboard
- Client organisations — the businesses you manage under your reseller account, see Client Organisations
- Wallet balance — your reseller credit balance, see Wallet
- Assigned agents — which agents belong to which client, see Assign Agents
Who has access
The reseller hierarchy runs Super Admin → Reseller → Client Organisation. A reseller manages their own client organisations from this dashboard; a client organisation's own users see only their own agents and calls, not other clients under the same reseller — see Client Access.
