Mangal Credits
Calling on CallMangal is funded by Mangal Credits. Credits sit in your organisation's balance and are consumed as your agents make and take calls.
Credit value
1 Mangal Credit = ₹1.
Who tops up, and how
How credits reach your balance depends on the kind of account you have.
| Account type | How credits arrive |
|---|---|
| Direct customer | You top up your own balance online using Razorpay. |
| Reseller client | Your reseller transfers credits to your organisation. Direct top-up is not shown to you. |
If you are unsure which you are: if another company's brand is on your login screen and they sold you the platform, you are a reseller client and your credits come from them.
Direct customers: adding credits
Direct customers add credits from the billing area of the dashboard, paying through Razorpay. Once the payment completes, the balance is available for calling.
Top up before you launch
An agent cannot run paid calls on an empty balance. Check the balance before starting a campaign, not during one.
Reseller clients: credits from your reseller
If you belong to a reseller, your reseller holds credits in their reseller wallet and transfers them to your client organisation. Each transfer is recorded, so the position between you and your reseller stays clear.
You do not buy credits from CallMangal directly, and you will not see a Razorpay top-up option. Ask your reseller when you need more.

How credits are consumed
Credits are drawn down by usage as your agents place and receive calls. Your usage history shows what has been consumed so you can reconcile it against your balance.
Practical implications:
- Test conversations still exercise the platform. Budget for testing as part of launching a workflow, not as an afterthought.
- Outbound campaigns consume against the same balance. A large contact list with a small balance will stop partway.
- Watch the balance before a campaign, not after it stops.
Commercial terms
Rates and commercial terms depend on your arrangement:
- Direct customers — see callmangal.com/pricing or talk to the CallMangal team.
- Reseller clients — your rates are set by your reseller.
- Resellers — reseller and client credit rates are configured according to your commercial arrangement, and reseller commercial terms are provided during onboarding.
Pricing is not published here
This guide describes how credits work, not what they cost. Do not quote figures from documentation — always confirm current commercial terms with your CallMangal or reseller contact.
Common questions
Do credits expire? Confirm with your CallMangal or reseller contact — this is part of your commercial terms rather than a platform behaviour we document here.
What happens when the balance runs out? Paid calling stops. Top up (or ask your reseller to transfer credits) to resume.
Can I see what consumed my credits? Yes — usage history shows consumption so you can reconcile it against call records.
I am a reseller client and I cannot find the top-up button. That is expected. Direct top-up is not shown to reseller clients; your reseller manages your credits.
