Reseller Overview
The reseller model lets an agency, technology company or service provider run CallMangal under their own brand — with their own clients, their own credit arrangement, and their own login domain.
This overview explains how the pieces fit. See the detailed guide for each area linked below.
Who this is for
- Agencies adding AI calling to marketing and lead services
- IT service providers offering voice automation with the systems they manage
- Telecom partners layering agents on numbers and connectivity they already provide
- Automation consultants extending client workflows into phone conversations
- Systems integrators connecting AI calling into CRM and business systems

The pieces
Reseller dashboard
Your view across the whole book: client organisations, the agents assigned to each, and your credit position — without switching between accounts.
Client organisations
Each business you serve is a separate client organisation. Separation is the point: a client sees their own agents and their own calls, not another client's.
→ Create a Client, Client Organisations
Assigned agents
Agents are provisioned to a client organisation rather than shared. A client sees the agents you assigned them, configured for the workflows you agreed.
Locked client agents
You can lock an agent so the client can use it and see its results without being able to change its configuration.
This is what makes the work durable. You build a workflow that behaves correctly, and it stays that way.
Client permissions
What a client can do inside their organisation is controlled, so you decide how much self-service each client gets.
Reseller wallet
Your wallet holds the credit balance for your whole book, with a record of what has come in and what has gone out to clients.
→ Wallet
Client credit transfer
You transfer credits from your wallet to a client organisation when they need them. Each transfer is recorded, and you can see how clients are consuming what you sent.
Reseller clients do not top up directly — they receive credits from you.
→ Credit Transfer, Mangal Credits
Branding
Your brand name, logo and support details across the client experience, so clients contact you rather than CallMangal.
→ Branding
Custom reseller domain
A custom login domain can be configured so your clients sign in at your address rather than a CallMangal URL. It is set up with you during onboarding.
Super Admin controls
CallMangal Super Admin controls sit above the reseller layer, governing reseller permissions and provisioning.
Commercial terms
Reseller and client credit rates are configured according to your commercial arrangement, and reseller commercial terms are provided during onboarding.
No rates in documentation
This documentation deliberately publishes no reseller wholesale or retail figures. Confirm current terms with the CallMangal team.
A sensible onboarding order
- Your reseller account and branding are set up.
- Your custom login domain is configured, if you are using one.
- Credits are added to your reseller wallet.
- You create your first client organisation.
- You build and test an agent — see Create Your First Voice Agent and Browser Test.
- You assign the agent to the client and lock it if they should not edit it.
- You transfer credits to that client.
- The client goes live.
Do this end to end with one client before onboarding several. The second is much faster once the first is real.
Terms of use
Reselling and white-labelling CallMangal requires being enrolled in, and authorised under, a CallMangal reseller or white-label arrangement — or separate written permission from START DESIGNS. See the Terms of Service.
