Appearance
End Call
The End Call node is how a conversation closes: what the agent says as it wraps up, what outcome is recorded for the call, and what should happen next — a follow-up action, or a handoff to a person.
(No product screenshot is available for this guide yet.)
What it controls
- The closing message the agent gives the caller
- The call outcome recorded against that conversation — see Call Outcomes
- Any follow-up action that should run once the call ends, where configured
Where it fits in the workflow
A workflow can close in more than one place if different connections and routes lead to different outcomes — for example, a qualified prospect closes one way, and a caller who was not a fit closes another. Each path ends at an End Call node so the outcome recorded matches what actually happened.
