Pause & Resume
A running campaign can be paused at any time with Pause Campaign, and continued later with Resume Campaign.
Why pause a campaign
- You've noticed a problem with the agent's workflow and need to fix it before more calls go out
- You need to adjust the contact list or campaign settings
- You're out of, or running low on, credits
What happens when you pause
The campaign stops placing new calls. Contacts it hasn't yet reached stay in the list, waiting for the campaign to resume — pausing doesn't remove them or require re-uploading the contact list.
Campaign states
A campaign moves between created, running, paused, completed, and failed. Pausing moves a running campaign to paused; resuming moves it back to running.
